Summary: Everything was great. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Summary: It’s always great to stay at this hotel and my colleagues and me always return for work travel when we need to be in Geneva. Especially the friendly lady who works at the breakfast is amazing!

Summary: Good value hotel in Geneva. Very convenient location, good breakfast (but lacking in vegetables or vegetarian options, which is common), cool rooms during 30 degree C heat, quiet and comfortable bed and nicely decorated spacious rooms.

Summary: Good location and good staff. We are seniors and found the bathtub dangerous to climb in, no safety features like bars or non slippery mat.

Summary: Staff were very helpful. Maxine could not have done anymore for us, all very polite and friendly. Loved the hotels charm and decor. Room could not have been cleaner and the welcome note with chocolates a nice touch. Short walk to train station and lake Geneva. Highly recommend.
